Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing & Tracking

Processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days (varies by destination).

Estimates are not guaranteed. We do not refund express fees for missed target dates or return postage.

 

2. Service Coverage

We ship worldwide to all countries and regions.

 

3. Delays & Support

- If tracking shows “Preparing for Shipment” for 4+ business days, contact us at support@bezchilljapan.com (pickup/courier issues may apply).

- Possible delays: holidays, customs, weather, strikes, peak seasons, technical issues, unexpected events.

 

4. Duties & Taxes

Orders ship from the UK. Depending on destination, customs/duties/taxes may apply and are customer’s responsibility.

These charges are not refundable by Bezchill.

 

5. Delivery Refusal / Abandoned Parcels

If delivery is refused or attempts are exceeded, the parcel may be abandoned.

No refunds for refused/abandoned shipments.

 

6. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and correct address.

Once an order is processing or shipped, address changes/cancellations aren’t possible.

If the parcel returns to us, we can refund or reship (per condition) — otherwise, no refund.

 

7. Lost Package Guarantee

If your order does not arrive within 60 days, we’ll issue a full refund for the item(s).

 

8. Payment Security (Why PayPal)

Trackable payments; card details aren’t shared with merchants; reduced fraud risk.

We do not store your card data on our servers.
