Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

 

- We accept returns within 15 days of delivery only for wrong item shipped or damaged product (our error).

- Requirements:

+ Proof of purchase

+ Order number, full name, and contact details

Note: Item unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact.

- Not Accepted: Upgrades, refurbished items, or products with cosmetic imperfections.

Returns sent to the address printed on the original package (use the address we provide).

 

2. Refunds

 

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval/rejection.

+ If not satisfied with your order: Contact support, possible refund up to 100% of product + shipping

+ Defective/wrong/missing items: Provide shipping label and clear photos/video; replacement may be sent without return

+ Lost parcels: Refund or resend after 15 days without delivery (loss certificate required)

+ Postal disposal: Free resend only if address was valid; no refund for invalid addresses

 

3. Order Cancellations

 

+ Within 1 hour: 100% refund (excluding tips)

+ 1–12 hours: 70% refund (30% fee applies)

+ After preparation stage: No cancellation or modification

 

4. Exchanges

 

Only for defective or damaged items. Contact support@bezchill.com.
