1. Will I Receive an Order Confirmation Email?
Yes. Once your purchase is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details.

 

2. How Long Does Shipping Take?

+ Processing Time: 2–3 business days before shipping.

+ Delivery Time: Varies by destination. Please check the shipping table.

+ Possible Delays: Holidays, customs clearance, weather, social events, technical issues, pandemics, strikes, peak seasons, or courier errors.

+ Incorrect or incomplete address may cause failed delivery, and we cannot be held responsible.

+ Orders in progress or prepared for shipping cannot be canceled or modified.

 

3. Can I Refuse the Delivery?
If delivery is refused or multiple attempts fail, Bezchill may abandon the package. No refunds will be issued in this case.

 

4. Will I Be Charged Extra Taxes?
We cannot guarantee whether customs duties or taxes will apply. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees—please check with your local customs office.

 

5. Can I Get a Refund for My Order?
If your order does not arrive within 60 days, we will refund up to 100% of the order value.

 

6. How Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours on the same day of purchase.

 

7. Can I Change My Order Information?

- Contact us within 12 hours if you notice any mistakes.

- If your order has shipped and the address is wrong:

+ Track your order via the tracking link.

+ Once tracking is active or the parcel reaches the post office, provide the tracking number and request an address change from them.

 

- If the order is already processed or shipped, address changes are not possible. For any other requests, email support@bezchill.com.
